Civic Confidence LLC provides government and organizations the added boost needed to get important work done. Clients who seek us out are developing and implementing projects that have a profound impact in the lives of many. Our mission is to unleash mindful work and big results by providing our clients with a range of expertise that include: project management, monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning, human-centered design, grant writing, partnerships, and team building development.
The founder, Alma Castro, has 20 years of experience working with organizations, academic institutions, and in local government. She is passionate about reimagining the relationship that people have with their government and communities. As a strategist and facilitator, she has led projects in economic development, equity, public safety, criminal justice, behavioral health, data governance, parks accessibility, placemaking, public art, grant writing, and deploying innovative strategies.
